PURPOSE

To ensure that the School Administrators’ Association promotes educational growth among administrators, provides collegial support, explores matters of concern, improves public relations and provides advice to the Board through the Superintendent.


SCOPE

This procedure applies to all school administrators.


DEFINITIONS

PROCEDURES

The Board endorses the development of personal professional growth programs such as the Administrative Partnering initiative. Positions in the School Administrators’ Association are:

  1. President
  2. Vice-President
  3. Past President
  4. Secretary
  5. Professional Development Coordinator and
  6. Social Convener

These positions are voluntary and officers are chosen by the School Administrators of Chinook’s Edge School Division.
