Sandy manages and coordinates all internal and external communications. She studied journalism in college and worked for a time as a newspaper reporter, before settling into a career in public relations. She is a widely published freelance writer, and also an active writer of fiction. Sandy's life-long love affair with the written word also makes her a voracious reader!

Sandy lives with her daughter and their motley crew of rescue animals. She enjoys yoga, hiking and traveling, and is trying to like golf:). She is happy to be sharing her skills by assisting school and division leaders in creating key messages in support of the Chinook's Edge mission and vision.
