IF YOUR CHILD IS REGISTERED ON AN URBAN BUS IN THE TOWN OF SYLVAN LAKE, OLDS, INNISFAIL, PENHOLD OR CARSTAIRS YOU CAN VIEW THEIR BUSING INFORMATION BY CLICKING ON THE "MY BUS STOP" LINK BELOW.

USER NAME  IS YOUR CHILDS ALBERTA ED STUDENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 

PASSWORD IS YOUR CHILDS ALBERTA ED STUDENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER   

               (you will be prompted to change the password on your first login) 

By signing in to this link you can view bus route information, bus stop, and pick up and drop off times for all of your children 

To help guide you for the first time once you have signed in simply click on "Work with students" and then "View my students" 

We are currently unable to provide detailed bus route mapping information through the parent portal. We encourage you to check the shuttle links listed below for up-to-date information on bus stop times as well as the map with complete bus stop details.

MY BUS STOP 

Urban shuttles are offered in the towns of Sylvan Lake, Innisfail, Olds, Carstairs and Penhold.

Please check the maps links below for current routing and times. Please note that scheduled times are approximate and may vary with the addition of new students. Be sure to  have your child at the bus stop at least five minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Sylvan Lake -

Some urban bus stops have been placed on to rural buses this year to satisfy the high demand of urban busing.  If your child was riding an urban bus last year and you do not see the bus stop on the map associated with the bus they were registered on then that stop has been placed on a rural bus.  We do not post rural bus routes therefore, you will receive a phone call directly from the bus driver in the last week of August who will advise of all your times.  You can/should still view the bus route number and bus stop information via the "My Bus Stop" link above - bus times are not fully accurate but are within 5-7 minutes earlier than shown in your child's bus information - all rules still apply and students are still required to be at the bus stop 5 minutes earlier.

Students must apply every year for shuttle service. Forms are given to all Chinook's Edge eligible students in the towns where urban busing is available in May of each year for the upcoming school year. These forms display the distance from the student's designated school as well as the registration fee amount if applicable. New students or non-eligible students can get their forms either at your child's school or on our website under Forms and Brochures.
