Relationships Matter
Relationships Matter in our Safe and Caring Schools
Join the Movement!
Welcome to our Relationships Matter movement! Chinook’s Edge is already highly regarded for our safe and caring culture, and we continually receive ‘top grades’ in student, parent and staff surveys. We want to take that even further!
We know that meaningful relationships and trust are fundamental for moving our students toward success.
In Chinook's Edge, we are committed to ensuring students, families, and staff feel they are safe and cared for and that they belong.
Our Relationships Matter movement provides strategies, resources and ‘sharable’ positive messaging that embrace a way of interacting with one another in a manner that builds personal strength and encourages generosity of spirit. This project supports our new ‘Welcoming, Caring, Respectful, Safe and Inclusive Schools’ Administrative Procedure and the overall work of the Safe and Caring Working Group.
Chinook’s Edge is launching Relationships Matter by focusing on three themes that have been identified as priorities by students, parents and staff in our division. We invite you to Join the Movement by visiting the links below! While there, you might:
♦ Discover a meaningful resource that may help a situation
♦ Download and print some bookmarks to share the positive messaging at your next meeting
♦ Learn how you can become more involved in our safe and caring culture!
